Registration and payment
Registration is confirmed only once full payment has been received and processed. A confirmation email and receipt will be issued upon successful payment.
Registrants are responsible for selecting the correct registration category (e.g., member, non-member, student) at the time of registration.
Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellation and refund policies are subject to CNA’s contractual commitments with the venue and catering partners.
Refunds may be issued for cancellations received in writing up to and including Friday, July 31, 2026, less an administrative fee of $100. No refunds or cancellations will be permitted after this contractual cutoff date, once venue and meal commitments are finalized.
Registration fees cannot be carried forward to future events.
Delegate substitution (transferability)
Delegate substitutions (name changes) will be permitted up to the conference date at no additional cost, provided written notice is received.
Membership verification and pricing accuracy
CNA reserves the right to verify eligibility for discounted registration categories, including membership status, following registration.
If a discrepancy is identified (for example, if a registrant selects a member rate but is not an active member at the time of registration), the registrant will be contacted and responsible for paying the applicable difference in registration fees. CNA will work with the registrant to reconcile any discrepancy in a fair and timely manner.
Details regarding the method of reconciliation (e.g., additional payment processing or invoicing) will be communicated if required.
Photography and filming
By attending the 2026 CNA Conference, participants acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings may be taken during conference sessions and events.
These materials may be used by CNA for promotional, educational, and reporting purposes, including but not limited to print publications, digital communications, social media, and future conference marketing.
Participants who have specific concerns about being photographed or recorded are encouraged to contact CNA in advance of the event.
Privacy
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purposes of conference administration, communications, and reporting, in accordance with CNA’s privacy policy.
Information is analyzed in aggregate only and access is limited to authorized CNA staff and delivery partners supporting conference administration.
