Meeting of Members

Meeting of Members 2025

CNA will host its annual meeting of members virtually on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, 12-2 p.m. ET.

The meeting of members is a valuable opportunity to engage with CNA, learn about our achievements, and have your voice heard. If you are a member by May 30, 2025, you will get to cast your vote on important matters. Meeting highlights include:

  • Laughter transforms your health. Be inspired and uplifted by our keynote speaker, comedian and RN, Meg Soper. View testimonials.
  • Learn more about CNA’s activities, including achievements from the 2024 annual report, presented by president Dr. Kimberly LeBlanc and CEO Dr. Valerie Grdisa.
  • Learn about CNA’s goals of the governance transition taskforce and key decisions that will be asked of CNA members in the coming year.
  • Review the audited financial statements and appointment of the auditors for next year.
  • Participate in an open forum and have the opportunity to bring questions to the board of directors.

The board of directors is undergoing a governance review. As a result, board elections will not be held until this review is complete. The 2025 meeting of members will proceed as scheduled.

Please hold the date. We look forward to seeing you!
