1 Comment - You have grasped the importance of self-care early in your career. I'm now retired and didn't figure out how important self-care was until it was a bit late. Though I had planned to work well into my 70s I was forced to retire just short of 65 due to poor health. I'm back on track now and my health is getting better, but I wish I'd learned earlier to look after me - I know I would have been a better nurse for having done so
